“Retraining our dog-dog aggressive Jack Russell, and re-establishing leadership in our home. Sherry paid us a house visit and we all went to the local parks together to work on the aggression and techniques to get her calmer. It was worth every penny. Sherry was polite, on time and working the moment she came to the door. She was able to quickly diagnose where some of the problems were with our dog and about five minutes into it, she started training us to recognize the behavior and what we can do to change things. We continually have guests over who state, "you have changed dogs!" Where are the ones from before? This is amazing! They are completely different. Our best compliment came from a dear friend who said, "Now I feel comfortable bringing my four month old daughter over to your house!" Sherry never encouraged us to do any training methods we were not comfortable with and she has never exhibited any mean or offensive training techniques. All training was simply an attitude adjustment on our part of how we relate to our dogs. Simply amazing work! We have had only one visit from Sherry and huge results.”

House Call Testimonial
Hi Rommey,
It's me Joanie. Leah is becoming the #1 DOG in the U.S. (of course,
after yours). I don't know what you did with her, but she has been an absolute
living doll to have around. I have to share with you a story. Last
night, Don and I took her to the park for a little bit of running and training
and when we got home she was pretty pooped. Because we were going somewhere
for the 4th, I had to get our folding chairs and put them in the car. While
I was doing this, all of a sudden two fawns came out of no where, hooves pounding
on the street and running with Leah Baby at their heels. We heard in
this order, running of the deer, Leah going after them with a tiny woof, Don
calling her name and saying Leah Come. She stopped dead in her tracks
and came right back to us. Now is that a good girl or what? We
kept praising her and telling her it was a good come. Anyways, couldn't
believe it. I thought she was a goner for sure.

Hi Sherry!
Thank you SO much for taking the time to help us with Kipper and Layla. C.
mentioned that he was so impressed with you!
Just a quick update….Kipper is now a lot calmer in the backyard with
the bark collar on! He never ran along the fence since you left! I walked
them and switched sides. Layla was quite challenging but at the end
she gave in. Kipper was great on our walk with the remote collar on.
Today, I’m going to walk them both on my left side like you suggested
and see how that goes.
You are so great! I just had to email you and let you know that your
work affects so many people and changes everyone for the better! We hope to
see you soon. Good luck with the new boarding facility.

Another update….I walked Kipper and Layla with Chester and J. last
night and it went smooth as silk!!! They were walking in ONE line after
5 minutes. We did the “follow the Chester” routine for the
first five minutes since everyone was so excited. Before we knew it,
they could care less about each other!!! The only time Kipper kind of
got nervous is when we saw someone on the walk and she was making Chester
very excited. Kipper didn’t growl or bite but he was getting pretty
focused on Chester but I nipped it in the bud.
“The experience we had with Sherry and Rommey was
outstanding. My partner felt it was a transforming event (he had little experience
with dogs before meeting mine). Sherry and Rommey were great listeners. They
were consistently positive with their training of us which gave us confidence
that we really can train our dogs to be pleasant, enjoyable members of the
family. Both Sherry and Rommey were non-judgmental, and took a lot of time
to explain why they thought the dogs were behaving in a certain way and what
we could do to encourage different behaviors. They made sure that everyone
understood this new approach, paying attention to my 15-year-old son's questions/experiences,
and assuring my younger son. It's been a week since they were here and by
applying the techniques we learned, walking the dogs is no longer the stressful
chore it used to be and in fact has become a pleasure. We highly recommend
this service.”

“I spoke with Sherry & Linda through e-mail and over the phone before setting up our in-home appointment. Sherry came to our home and involved the whole family in a question and answer session about our dog, his history, behavior, etc. She was friendly and treated each person (from 4 yrs. up) respectfully. After about an hour, we went for a walk together. She observed my husband, and then me with the dog. In a very diplomatic way, she offered us praise for what we were doing right, and showed us solutions for what needed improvement. She was able to quickly get results with the dog and then had us repeat (by doing) what she taught us. After about 45 min or so, we came home and she observed how the family interacted with the dog in the back yard. We also worked on some indoor training. She gave us additional information to read through later, answered all our questions, and included her follow-up contact info for any additional questions. Sherry was friendly and ''real''. It is obvious she knows what she is doing. She was professional and very easy to relate to. She left us with great tools to use, both by telling us what to do, and showing us. We have a realistic timeline of what we should expect and when. We are a single-income family with 4 kids - we live on a tight budget. That said, the money was WELL worth spending. We received her knowledge and experience as well as her hands-on training in our own home.”

"You should call this '10 minute' therapy."
— Anna, Scotts Valley
"I can't believe how quickly you were able to get results with our Halle. I am so pleased. I don't have to worry any more about her getting so excited when the door bell rings. She would jump up so hard that I worried she would break the window."
— Pam, Felton
"My older puppy doesn't jump all over me or my guests! She is now calm and doesn't pick on my older dog or have a battle of wills with my other dog to see who will be in charge."
— Mollie, Morgan Hill
"Amazing! I've never seen anything work like this and so fast."
—Tae, San Mateo
"I used to drive home everyday at lunch to check the state of my carpets and house. After a year of puppy, teenager and adult dog classes, my one dog (Momo) was still pooping all over the house. The other dog (Nana) was a terror and we wouldn't know what would be destroyed when we got home. Since Sherry worked with us, our home is peaceful. The dogs are happy now and so are we! I recommend you to all my friends. Thank you."
— Yoko, Palo Alto
“I had already sent my dog to two other trainings plus signed him up for a grumpy dog class. Had I known about your service earlier I probably would have saved at least $600, not counting the commute time to the classes. You did a house call and within 45 minutes of you coming out I could see vast improvements with Skippy. Because you came out to the house, you were able to take each behavioral trigger and fix it right there! I literally could not believe it. Thank you so much!”
—Carole, Alameda
"A few weeks ago, I was severely bitten on my arm-two deep puncture wounds and 3/4 of my forearm was black and blue, painful and swollen. This happened when I tried to stop my two 'little babies' from fighting over a treat. I thought their reaction was normal until I talked to Linda and Sherry, who made me realize that that was unacceptable aggressive behavior. In one house call, they were able to quickly and gently resolve the competitive relationship. Now I don't have to worry about the neighbor's kids trying to give them a snack. Thank you"
